I started the journey in the industry with my father's restaurant when I was 12 years.  having worked in the different parts of the world, more than education my experience in the hospitality industry forced me to start a venture of on my own.   Hence a venture here in Ecuador made me to let the public know about the flavor and taste of India to every one who wishes to dine different delicacies from the authentic gastronomic and aromatic delicacies of the different regions and cultures of the spice world of India.
